This will not only reduce the cost of upgrading your equipment but also the cost of taking advantage of our many services.

• • We ensure a proper data destruction  of your storage media.
• • Reduce your e-waste costs for IT equipment disposal.

*Processing fees may be charged on equipment received in non-working condition.

Determining Product Value

Since the condition of your equipment helps to determine its value, Toughbook Depot will perform an initial inspection* to identify all non-damaged and working products.
Next, we’ll classify each item as either “acceptable” or “unacceptable”. The former will be further classified as either “excellent,” “good,” or “poor.”

*Toughbook Depot reserves the right to renegotiate values or return the non-working equipment back to the customer at the customers’ expense.
