The screen on my Panasonic toughbook cfw5 is cracked?
I accidentally stepped on my cfw5 on now the screen is cracked, I now that panasonic offers 3 year warranty but does anyone know if they would cover this? if not what is a good excuse when I call them so it can be cover by warranty?

They will cover this if you can prove it was their fault. My recommendation is to file a lawsuit, because your product does not have a proper handle, and because of that, you dropped it. It might cost a few thousand dollars in lawyer fees, but you can fight this.
im so sorry but it will not be recoveredby warranty. It is obvious that it was cracked because of physical damage. it is okay if it is software or hardware. yes lcd’s are harware but you are on a different side.
