I’m planning on making a gaming pc from scratch. I wanted to know if anyone could help me with the types of products that i should buy. Things like processors, video cards, etc. The computer is a Panasonic laptop (model no. CF- 51) with an intel centrino processor. I’d also like to know if its even worth working with this pc.

I have a panasonic plasma, and a gateway laptop. I need to use a VGA to component video cable. I am able to get a picture, but it is a frozen one, basically enough to show that I am on teh right setting and the laptop is sending some of it to the tv. Any suggestions? Do you think it is still too expensive or is it worth it for it’s good power consumption and access time?

I’ve heard it’s usually in the summer, but what month specifically? What do they usually offer?
