Panasonic Factory Refurbished product that was previously used as a demo unit or a return that has been processed by a Panasonic authorized technician. Product is 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Should be complete with all pluggables, accessories and OS pre-installed, unless otherwise noted. Cosmetically in excellent condition with normal wear and tear based on age and use of product, may have minor case scratches. Original Microsoft Windows Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and license key.
Factory Refurbished Grade B (FRB)
Panasonic Factory Refurbished product that was previously used as a demo unit or a return that has been processed by a Panasonic authorized technician. Product is 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing. Should be complete with all pluggables, accessories and OS pre-installed, unless otherwise noted. Refurbished Grade B (RBB)
Recertified product that was previously in service for more than 1 year. Product is tested 100% functional and has passed Panasonic OEM diagnostic testing with OS pre-installed. Cosmetically in fair condition. May have missing accessories, noted on Overview tab. May have slight LCD blemishes. Case cosmetics may include but are not limited to: top cover, bottom panel, LCD bezel, keyboard bezel, and on the side and back: deep, long, and/or many scratches, chips and gouges (not all the way through the plastics), scuffed, or worn. New Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Windows Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and license key.

Rugged Mobile Computers Overview
Rugged mobile computers and tablet pc computers comprise a world of specially configured portable computers that can function in harsh environments. For computing, this can mean such things as operating out doors, in vehicles, industrial settings, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and even under battle conditions. Rugged laptops and rugged notebooks have been developed exactly for these conditions. In this regard, consumer brand laptops and notebooks will be poor substitutes.
Rugged mobile computers provide features including the following: ballistic plastic or magnesium cases, water-resistant or waterproof keyboards, sunlight-readable and night vision displays, shock-mounted disk drives or solid state drives. Mobile equipment can even include mobile printers.
Vehicle-mount configurations also are well suited for rugged computers, since vibrations are known to cause failures in other portable computers. Rugged mobile computing devices are available in various form factors including: laptop computer, notebook pc, tablet pc, handheld pc, rugged PDA, fixed-mount pc, and the ultra mobile pc.
